ABOUT T.H.E.E.
The Epsilon Xi chapter of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity Incorporated better known as T.H.E.E. is one of many chapters of Iota, but what makes us stand out from the rest is that we take pride in the fact that this is more of a family than an organization. Chartered on July 27th, 2004 at the University of West Georgia, the brotherhood that we possess is none like any other. The quality of brothers that has had the opportunity to pledge at T.H.E.E. are tiers above the rest, hence the acronym that we hold so dear. With brothers who’s talents have led them to thrive in industries such as Finance, Entertainment, Information Technology, and Supply as well as leaders in public service and the U.S. Armed Forces. All are different individuals who earned and proudly wear the brown and gold and follow Iota’s principles of scholarship, leadership, citizenship, fidelity, and brotherhood amongst men. All members of Epsilon Xi wear the Iota shield with pride and strive everyday to exemplify what it means to be an Iota Man.

Sweetheart Chapter
T.H.E.E. Iota Sweethearts
Iota Sweethearts started as an honored tradition of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity Inc. In the early 1960s at Morgan State University (then Morgan State College), the brothers of Iota Phi Theta had an ally in the person of Ms. Audrey S. Brooks. Ms. Brooks was a member of the Morgan State staff, working at the registrar’s office. She assisted the brothers by working “behind the scenes” during their early growth and development of the organization. Ms. Brooks was honored with the “Eternal Sweetheart” title shortly after the fraternity’s official founding on September 19, 1963.
